Our Modern Gingerbread House

Here is the recipe for good gingerbread house icing.
It's really sticky so it holds your house together very well.
Icing Recipe
- 1 pound of powder sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 3 egg whites
Beat slowly for about 5 mins. Put icing in a pastry bag or plastic bag. Cut a hole in the bottom corner of the plastic bag to act as a pastry bag. (Be sue to place a wet cloth over the bowl of icing. It hardens very fast.)
