If Only I Could Rap like Nicki Minaj

If only I could rap like Nicki Minaj...
This girl does an amazing acoustic cover of Super Bass. I'm in love with her voice.

Lately, I have been in a very weird mood.  I just haven't felt like doing any projects.  Honestly I haven't felt like doing anything really.  Especially housework. Yuck. I've been feeling like I'm not good at anything and I have been comparing myself to other people. This way of thinking has been giving me way low confidence and I hate it.  Evan told be to snap out of it and that it's not good to think that way.  But I haven't been able to.  And I know it's dumb.  Yesterday I read this awesome talk by Elder Glenn L Pace. It's what I needed to hear and found it very inspiring.  I attached the link below if you wish to read it.

While we are not all equal in experience, aptitude, and strength, … we will all be accountable for the use of the gifts and opportunities given to us.
 -James E Faust

“I am only an average man but, by George, I work harder at it than the average man.”
 -Theodore Roosevelt

I just read this awesome talk by By Elder Glenn L. Pace.  It's definitely worth reading.

Sorry you were feeling down Tayli. You're are a beautiful girl and super talented and one of the cutest little mommies I know. We all tend to look at others around us and compare ourselves. We forget we compare our worst features to others best features, when we should really be looking upward to what our Heavenly Father thinks about us. He loves and cherishes us and all he asks is that we try to do our best. You're a great example and are wonderful! I hope you're feeling better, love you hun!

I think as woman we are our own worst enemy sometimes. I think we gO through those slumps where we compare too much and look at one or two weaknesses instead of the amazing strengths and talents .we have at least I know I do. Self esteem will be a life long struggle for me but reading the scriptures and the talks like you linked too always brings me out of it. We should just snap out of it but it's just not that easy. I'm excited to read the talk. Thanks for being real and for the quotes .
